Come with me to the local market to buy fresh seasonal ingredients and then return to the private cooking school to learn how to make traditional dishes like homemade pasta, meatballs, eggplant rolls, granita or cannoli. When you have finished cooking, we will sit down and enjoy the meal with excellent local wine.
