About the event
Learn how to make Sicilian delicacies and specialties from a real Italian mamma! Come with me to the local market to buy fresh seasonal ingredients and then return to the private cooking school to learn how to make traditional dishes from typical appetizers to homemade pasta, granita and almond desserts. When we finish cooking, we will sit down and enjoy the meal with excellent local wine.
If you would like to make Arancine or Cannoli, please let me know at least a few days before the event.
