Private Sicilian gluten and dairy free cooking class

Learn how to make gluten free and dairy free Sicilian delicacies and specialties from a real Italian mamma! We will meet at the cooking school to learn how to make traditional dishes like panelle, caponata , arancine, granita or pasticcini di mandorla. When we have finished cooking, we will sit down and enjoy the meal with excellent local wine.
